PRIVATE LESSONS

Make your kitchen your favorite part of your home.

Have you ever wanted to:

Improve your kitchen skills and techniques?
Create dishes by impulse and inspiration rather than a recipe?
Take the fear out of cooking for your family and friends?
Pull off a fancy dinner party without spending hours in the kitchen?
Surprise the one you love with a romantic dinner for two?
Prepare meals in more cost-effective ways?
Cook with healthier ingredients in-step with the seasons?
Stop relying on “quick and easy” cooking?

Our in-home cooking lessons offer all the fun and satisfaction of storefront cooking classes without leaving your home. We want to get everyone into the kitchen: new cooks learning the basics as well as those ready to cook at a more advanced level. Choose from individual lessons or small group workshops hosted at your home or mine if you prefer. Our custom culinary lessons are tailored to your interests, cooking goals, skills, kitchen, and equipment. We’ll teach you to work with the space you have and the equipment you already own with a focus on recipes and techniques that have a wide range of applications.

Here’s how it works: You tell us what you want to learn. Together we’ll create the lesson plan and menu. Then we’ll pick a date and time that works with your schedule. We’ll shop for the ingredients on our own time or we can shop for them together. When the lesson begins, you set the pace, ask as many questions as you like, and above all, have fun.

Don’t want to go it alone? Host a small group lesson with a few of your closest friends.

Or make it party!
