PAYMENT POLICY

  • Deposit:  25% of the total estimated fee is due upon menu acceptance.

  • Final Payment: The total guaranteed fee less the Deposit previously received is due in full on the day of the event.

  • Payment can be made with a company, certified, or cashier’s check. A 3.0% fee will be assessed for all credit card payments.

 

 

GUARANTEE

  • Final guest count is required 5 business days (Monday – Friday) prior to your event.

  • Any increase to final guest count given less than 72 business hours (Monday – Friday) prior to the event will result in an additional 25% charge per person.

 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • If the event is canceled by the client three (3) months prior to your event date, 100% of your Deposit will be refunded.

  • If the event is canceled by the client two (2) months prior to your event date, 50% of your Deposit will be refunded.

  • If the event is canceled by the client one (1) month prior to your event date, 25% of your Deposit will be refunded.

  • If the event is canceled by the client in fewer than (30) days prior to your event date, 100% of your Deposit will be forfeited.

  • Any event canceled within seventy-two (72) business hours (Monday – Friday) prior to the event requires payment in full for the menu, event arrangements, and service personnel.
